Preferred method of payment is cash. Should this not be available, it is up to the instructor as to how they will proceed. No checks.

In-person lessons must be paid by the time of the lesson.

Online lessons must be paid in advance of the lesson. Failure to do so, may result in lesson cancellation.

Late Fees:

Late payments will be accepted up to one week for in-person lessons only. After one week, a $5 fee will be charged for each additional day late.

Cancellation Policies:

Lessons cancelled by the student more than 24 hours before the scheduled lesson time, will result in a makeup credit. Rescheduled lessons are subject to availability and are not guaranteed. No more than two lessons may be rescheduled within the month and unused makeup credits will expire after 30 days.

Lessons cancelled by the student with less than 24 hours notice will be charged in full and no makeup credit issued.

Lessons cancelled by the instructor will result in a makeup lesson. Rescheduled lessons are subject to availability.

Refunds:

No refunds will be provided. In the case of an emergency, it is up to your instructor whether or not it is a valid reason for no, partial or a full refund.

Borrowing Materials:

Any materials borrowed must be returned at an agreed upon date. If not returned, you will be charged for the replacement value of said item.

Late Arrival Policy:

If a student is late, we are only required to fulfill the prior agreed upon lesson time. At our discretion, we hold the right to cancel or extend lesson times due to the student’s tardiness.

Technology Issues:

We are not responsible for any dropped calls or spotty reception due to technology failures. If such issues arise, we will attempt to complete the lesson in the allotted time. If it is not possible, we will reschedule for a later time.

Preparedness:

Students should be prepared for their lesson with all materials on hand and instruments out/warmed up, when applicable.
